30/sept/11 NATO Mercenaries claimed previously that they would create an occupying government in Libya by 18/sept/11, then when the date reached, they failed. NATO Mercenaries out of shame made another promise that they would make an occupying government within a week or two, once again, 2 weeks have passed, and no occupying government.
